Silverton Youth Basketball Association - General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting of the members for the Silverton Youth Basketball Association ("SYBA") will be held Wednesday, September 28 from 7:00 - 8:30pm at the Robert Frost Elementary School - Library commons.
In addition to the 2010-11 Annual Report from the Board of Directors and ratification of changes to the SYBA By-Laws recommended by the Board, elections will be held for the following positions on the Board of Directors:
Vice President - Jamie Martinson incumbent
Secretary - VACANT
Tournament Director - Ken Kraemer incumbent
Registrar - Sarah Merrit-Wiesner incumbent
Coaching Coordinator - VACANT
Member at Large (2 positions) - John Brockamp, Dandy Parsons, Jerry Ratliff, Sue Roth incumbents
Board members are elected to two-year terms with one half of the Board elected each year to provide continuity from year to year. If you are interested in one of the VACANT or a currently filled Board position up for election, you must contact Jennifer Cote or Jamie Martinson on or before Friday, September 23, in order to assure that your name is placed on the voting ballot.
