Silverton's Got Talent
Saturday, July 23 – Silverton’s 2nd Annual Community Talent Show and BBQ will take place at the Senior Center, 115 Westfield St. from 11 am to 2 pm. BBQ’d hamburgers and hot dogs, baked beans, potato salad, chips, watermelon, soda and water will be served 11 to noon followed by the Talent Show at 12:30. The Talent Show is open to all ages: youth group 5-17; adult group 18-59; and senior group 60+ competing in two categories, music and variety. First place winner in each category receives $50 plus a showcase performance at the Community Picnic on August 26.
Talent applications are due to the Senior Center by July 20 & are available online at www.silvertonseniorcenter.org.
