Silverton Hills Strawberry Festival
Since 1951, Silverton area folks have been enjoying this local tradition. Originally held at the Silverton Hills Grange Hall, they now celebrate in the local Coolidge McClaine City Park. The event is held on Father’s Day — Sunday, June 21 — from 11:00 am until 5:00 pm. For $6, enjoy a strawberry delight with biscuits, ice cream, and a second helping of strawberries. Strawberry shortcake is free for children under 2 and over 80.
The musical line up is as follows:
Dusty Strings 12:00-2:30
Oregon Valley Boys 3:00-6:00
The main entertainment stage is located near the covered area in the park. All of the music is family friendly and free to everyone! Bring a blanket and grab a seat on the grass or enjoy one of the many picnic tables available. Stop by the food court to grab some of the Wooden Nickel's award-winning BBQ and check out the arts and crafts vendors.
