Seven Brides Beer Pairing

These are dinners where food has been carefully selected to pair well with certain beers. The beer compliments the food and the food compliments the beer. This is a three series. You can choose to participate in them individually or you can purchase all three at once. Beers TBD.

$40 per person, $75 per couple, $195 per couple for all 3 dinners. Gratuity not included & not refundable.

Beer Braised Beef Short Ribs
Marinated short ribs seared, then braised with Lauren’s Pale Ale and served with parsnip and potato mash and baby carrots

Chocolate Hazelnut Torte
