Rooted in Food, Executive Chef Joel Autry and Chef de Cuisine Michael LeParc present the first annual Harvest Dinner at Scenic Valley Farms in Gervais, Oregon. Using mainly ingredients from the four local farms featured in that day's annual Small Farm Tour, the dinner will be a four course taste extravaganza with a wine pairing during each course. The event will be held on September 6th, 2014. Wine and appetizers will be served beginning at 6:30 p.m. with dinner to follow. Tickets are $75 per person (you must be 21 or over to attend) and can be purchased online at www.rootedinfood.org or at the Silverton Farmer's Market on the corner Fiske and Main beginning August 23rd.
