A carving station will offer baked ham with a brown sugar mustard glaze and roast turkey with cranberry sauce and herbed au jus. An extensive buffet will feature a variety of seasonal salads, fresh fruits, artisan cheeses, vegetable dishes, peel and eat shrimp and lemon baked cod. Families can walk off brunch with a stroll through the Oregon Garden, with more than 20 individual themed gardens and related attractions, including an award winning water garden, a children’s garden, a conifer garden, an oak grove with many trees more than a century old, and many more.
The Oregon Garden Resort is also offering an overnight package for Saturday, March 26. Packages start at $166.90, which includes accommodations, Easter brunch at the Garden View restaurant (must schedule reservation) and admission with unlimited access to the Oregon Garden.
