National Healthy Kids Day Free Activities
Free Zumba! Free Swimming! The Silver Falls Family YMCA encourages families to play together by offering these free activities in observance of National Healthy Kids Day on April 28, 2012.
Free Zumba! From 10-11am at the Silverton Community Center. Terri Cobb, certified Zumba insructor, will be leading this fun, energetic exercise/dance session. Families are encouraged to participate together.
Free Open Swim Meet! From 1-3pm at the Silverton Community Pool. The Pool staff has put together "Olympic" swimming events, such as Relays, 25 and 50 yard "dashes" and Wacky Noodle Challenges, and all for free! There will also be an underwater obstacle course for families wtih younger children.
