Listen to Nature - Wood, Flowers, Art
Contemporary stylized botanical paintings and drawings by Diane Trevett and turned-wood art by Gary McGuire are featured with a reception on First Friday in Silverton, from 7-9 p.m.
Diane uses rich color and compositional elements such as diptychs, triptychs and grids and close-up views to portray her subject matter. The exhibit includes reproductions and note cards. Gary‘s carved, wooden sculptures use wood that comes from ecological and sustainable logging practices.
