Homer Davenport Days
Every year on the first Friday, Saturday and Sunday in August Silverton celebrates Homer Davenport Days, "Silverton’s Original Home-Town Festival". The festival features arts & crafts, food booths, inflatable rides, face painting and other activities for children, as well as an international cartoon contest, music & entertainment, and chicken BBQ. Other events include Saturday’s parade, Homer’s Fun Run, and cruise in, and Sunday’s Davenport races.
