A celebration in honor of Silverton's famous son Homer Davenport. Davenport was a well known political cartoonist with an international following. Each year during the first full weekend in August the Silverton community puts on a grand festival, complete with parade, arts & craft booths, couch races down Main Street, car show, live music, great food and much much more!

The festival's home base is in Coolidge McClaine Park - here you'll find music, food, drink, arts & craft booths and more. Throughout the weekend events will also take place in downtown Silverton, across the creek in Silverton's library park and at various locations.
