Herb Garden Favorites at The Oregon Garden

Let Sue Goetz take you on a five-senses discovery in the herb garden, during Herb Garden Favorites, at 6pm on March 30th, at the Oregon Garden Resort, as part of Garden University. Herbs can be used for fragrance, culinary arts, healing and more. Get to know Sue’s top 10 favorite herbs as well as the many ways to grow and use them. Show and tell ideas and tips for harvesting, preserving, culinary and crafts all using aromatic herbs. Also included, Sue’s recipes that use “any” herb, along with recipes that personalize crafting, care and culinary items.

Garden University at The Oregon Garden provides more than 20 fun, educational programs throughout the year, touching on a wide variety of topics from cooking to bouquet making and rain gardens to bee keeping.
