Take a trip through Costa Rica with Paul Freed on January 14th at 1pm The Oregon Garden! Learn about Costa Rica’s natural riches, including lush rainforests, spectacular cloud forests and amazing beaches. Paul will also give you an up-close look at this country’s diverse wildlife through his photography of as gaudy poison frogs, raucous monkeys and magnificent bird life. Paul Freed is a herpetologist who travels the globe seeking opportunities to photograph reptiles and amphibians.
Garden University at The Oregon Garden provides more than 20 fun, educational programs touching on a wide variety of topics, from cooking to bouquet making and rain gardens to bee keeping. Each program is led by a respected expert in the field.
Tickets are just $15, free to Oregon Garden members, and include admission to The Oregon Garden. (Workshops have additional program fees specific to the materials required.)
