Event at Silverton Area Community Aid

Dear Community Partner,

Thank you for your interest in SACA’S first annual 4G day! This resource event promises to be full of helpful information and services that will benefit members of our community.
Below you will find important information regarding the day’s event. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Teresa at Silverton Area Community Aid, 503-873-3446.
This year’s event will take place at The Silverton Community Center (upstairs from the SACA office) 421 S. Water St, Silverton OR 97381 on September 21, 2013.
Check-in begins at 10:00 am (One 8’ table and two chairs will be provided).
Set up of your table/information must be completed by 10:45 am.
Event begins at 11:00 am (please plan on staying for the duration of the event).
Event ends at 3:00 pm (please do not begin packing things up until 3:00 pm).
*There will be random drawings throughout the day. Please give one additional ticket to each person visiting your table (tickets will be provided to you). If you would like to donate a prize (water bottle, gift certificate, t shirt etc.), please drop it off at the check in table to the left of the double doors.
As a private non-profit, we cannot do the work we do without the benevolence and generosity of individual, group and businesses like you. Your participation is very much appreciated. We look forward to many years working together serving our community.
