Bobbie Day celebrates Silverton’s Bobbie "The Wonder Dog", lost August 15, 1923, traveled 2.800 miles from Indiana home to Silverton arriving on February 15, 1924. There will be a Doggie Costume Contest and special guests accordionist Dick Moles, his dog Sweetheart (our Bobbie look-alike) & the Chicken Dancer. Also a Pet Food Drive sponsored by The Coffee Station to benefit Silverton Area Community Aid (S.A.C.A.) and Willamette Humane Society - Donate pet food and get a free coffee or ice cream .
