The Gordon Huose proudly presents this art exhibition to honor Evelyn Gordon's commitment to Frank Lloyd Wright's artistic and spatial design concepts. The exhibition will follow Wright's vision of using materials and methods in unexpected ways in order to perfect the spaces in which we live. In 1957 Frank Lloyd Wright designed Evelyn & Conrad Gordon's modern home for their farm on Oregon's Willamette River. Evelyn was an artist, a weaver, and a collector of fine art. Fine art wasalso an integral inclusion in Wright's landscape and architectural designs along with custom interior furnishings and furniture using wood, metal, concrete, fiber, and glass.
