Join us in Portland for an evening to benefit Silverton's Gordon House, designed by Frank Lloyd Wright. There is always something special and unique about Frank Lloyd Wright's buildings. He is also special to Oregonians. Wright's only Oregon architectural offering is a landmark that resides "Wright" in our own backyard. It is part of that which adds to the uniqueness and pride of excellence that surrounds us. Our 13th Annual Fundraiser will honor the impact Wright's work in Japan had on his organic design. We have hosted over 100,000 visitors to our historic site. Our motto is "Mid-Century Modern Meets the 21st Century" to feature Wright's original design genius and our preservation efforts that promise a sustainable future.
You can help us recognize the influence Japan had on Wright's work in Oregon. "A Taste of Frank Lloyd Wright" will be held at the EastBank Contractor Appliances Showroom at 800 SE Hawthorne Blvd in Portland. Evening includes: delicious food and wine served in Eastbank's state of the art kitchen technology showrooms by well-known northwest chefs and Oregon wineries and breweries for you to watch and sample and sample again. We add to the excitement with live and silent auctions not to be missed. The event will be held on Friday, September 25th, so mark your calendar now and plan to attend. Buy your tickets today. $60 per person and $100 for two. Admission at the door is $65.
