Join horticulturalist Sarah Wilmes to learn about how The Sentinel Plant Network contributes to plant conservation by engaging public garden professionals, volunteers, and visitors in the detection and diagnosis of high consequence pests and pathogens. Attendees will learn about how they can become Certified First Detectors and help prevent the spread of dangerous pests, and will get to take home a First Detector Implementation Kit full of the tools to get you started!
